Heard Mr. P. Kamat, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.N.S. Nadkarni, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondent no.1.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, the main grievance of the petitioner is that a complaint was filed before the concerned authority dated 12.10.2015, and no action has been taken based on such complaint. The learned Advocate General, upon instructions, states that such complaint shall be disposed of within four months.
3. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General, nothing survives in the petition, at this stage. The petition stands
WP/182/2016 disposed of accordingly.
4. Needless to say that all the contentions of the parties are left open.
