This is an application for speaking to the minutes to correct the typographical error in the operative part of the judgment dated 05.07.2016 at direction (3) to the effect that the date 06.12.2011 being corrected to 22.12.2011. The application is accordingly allowed. The date 06.12.2011 stands deleted and date 22.12.2011 stands inserted. Registry to carry out the corrections accordingly.
