Mr. Pranay Kamat, based on instructions from the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT). He points out that the proceedings initiated by the petitioners are already pending before the DRT and the petitioners now wish to pursue the same.
