Heard Mr Apte, learned Senior Advocate, who appears along with Mr Omkar Kulkarni for the applicants and Mr A.D. Bhobe for respondent nos.1 to 3.

Mr Apte submits that respondent no.3 has filed an affidavit today along with which the Select List is produced. Accordingly, one of the prayers in this interim application stands redressed. 3.
In so far as the other prayer about production of Departmental Selection Committee Minutes is concerned, Mr Bhobe, learned Counsel for respondent no.3 states that, as and when required and directed by this Court, the Minutes will be produced. Mr Bhobe states that this is stated in paragraph 8 of the affidavit-in-reply filed today.
