Mr. Preetam Talaulikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to raise the grievances before the appropriate forum.

The learned Counsel for the respondents have no objection to petitioners' adoption of the aforesaid course. However, they submit that all rights and contentions of the respondents should also be kept open.

Mr. Talaulikar states that Mr. R.G. Ramani, learned Senior Advocate of the Court was appointed as Adjudicator in the matter. He states that the petitioners will pay the fees of the Adjudicator within a period of four weeks from today. Mr. Sardessai, the learned Counsel for respondent no. 4 also states that such fees will indeed be paid to the Adjudicator within four weeks from today.

The aforesaid statement is accepted.

Accordingly, by keeping open all rights and contentions of all parties, this Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Since, the Petition itself is withdrawn, Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 132/2021 seeking intervention will not survive and the same is also disposed of.
