Heard the learned Senior Advocate for the Applicant and the learned Counsel for the non-Applicants. Under the present application, the Applicant seeks leave to amend the PIL Petition in terms of the schedule annexed with the application. It is submitted that certain new facts came to the notice of the Petitioner after filing of the PIL Petition. 21/02/23

Even, otherwise, the non-Applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by filing reply to the Petition.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed. The amendment to be carried out within 14 days. After the amendment is carried out, liberty to the Respondents to file additional reply.

The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
