It is not in dispute that the furlough application has been moved by the petitioner on 11/11/2019 seeking furlough for 28 days.

2. It is the contention of Shri T. George, learned Advocate that he is entitled to apply for the furlough two months prior to the due period and which he had accordingly done in November,2019 after return from the last furlough availed by him in June,2019.

3. In view thereof the respondents to take appropriate

WPCR/15/2020 instructions and process his application within two weeks from today based on the Police Report already on record.
