2. This is an application for amendment of the petition, seeking to incorporate a challenge to the Charge-sheet. Indisputably, the Charge-sheet is filed during the pendency of the petition and subsequent to its admission.

3. In view of the fact that the amendment pertains to a subsequent event of filing of the Charge-sheet, we find that the application needs to be allowed.

4. The application is, accordingly, allowed. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks. The learned Counsel for the petitioner shall furnish a copy of the amended petition on the respondents.
