Belinda Dias., v. Marla Augusta.,
IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA
WRIT PETITION NO. 246 OF 2018 BELINDA DIAS., ... Petitioner
Versus
MARLA AUGUSTA., ... Respondent Adv. Rohit Bras De Sa for the Petitioner.
Adv. R. J. Pinto for Respondent nos.1 & 1(a) Coram:- C. V. BHADANG, J.
Date:- 13th February 2019 Oral Order:
By this petition, the petitioner, who is the original applicant before the Rent Controller is challenging the order dated 5/12/2017 thereby allowing an application for amendment of the written statement filed by the respondent.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Apparently, the amendment is based on a subsequent event, namely, the parties entering into consent terms on 24/2/2015 . After having gone through the impugned order, I do not find that it needs interference. The petition is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs. However, as the amendment was allowed after the
WP/246/2018 closure of the evidence of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be entitled to seek recall the applicant, if so advised. C. V. BHADANG, J.
