Shri Padiyar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he has obtained a statement from HDFC Bank and the certificate, showing the receipt of the amount of Rs.1,63,86,569.16, which the petitioners intend to produce before the Trial Court. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to produce the statement of account and the certificate, subject to their proof, in accordance with law.
