Heard Mr. Ashwin D. Bhobe, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A. N. S. Nadkarni, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3.
2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Shri Nadkarni, learned Advocate General has produced a notice dated 27.1.2015 addressed to the petitioner herein with regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner with regard to the payment of deficit stamp duty. The date of hearing as per the said notice is fixed on 19.2.2015.
3. Mr. Bhobe, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has pointed out that there is extreme urgency with regard to the registration of the subject sale deed, and as such seeks that the date may be preponed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to appear before the learned Collector on 9.2.2015 and abide by any directions issued by him with that regard.
5. The learned Collector shall proceed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one week from the date of such appearance.
