By this petition, the petitioner challenges the direction/order dated 14 th October, 2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mapusa, calling upon the petitioner to produce original copies of certain Wills. The order has been communicated to the petitioner by the registry of the Civil Judge, by communication dated 29 th November, 2014.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not heard before passing the order and the petitioner does not have original copy of the Will in its possession and a copy of the Will can always be obtained by the parties by adopting appropriate procedure.

3. The petitioner is a public body. It has been directed to produce certain documents by the Court. In writ jurisdiction, I am not inclined to interfere with this direction. If the

3 W P 98 2015 petitioner does not have the original copy, the petitioner can always inform the learned Civil Judge that it does not have the original copy and the learned Civil Judge can pass appropriate orders. In view of this position, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition, which is rejected. N. M. JAMDAR, J.
