The delay in taking out this application for bringing the legal representatives on record has been sufficiently explained and therefore, the same is hereby condoned. The legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.12 are permitted to be brought on record. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

Issue notice to the legal representatives, returnable on 26th February, 2021.

In addition to the usual mode of service, the private service is permitted.

Mr. Lotlikar states that the steps to effect service will be taken latest by Monday i.e. 15 th February, 2021.

Mr. P. Sawant who appears on behalf of some of the Respondents states that he will also see that he can appear on behalf of some of the legal representatives.
