Shri Mulgaonkar, learned Advocate submits that by order date 31/08/2018 the applicant had sought liberty to file a fresh stay application while withdrawing the stay application. However, though the application for stay was disposed off, no liberty was granted to file a fresh application. In view thereof, the present application for stay does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
