Shri P. Dangui, learned Additional Government Advocate waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4.

2. Shri Amey Kakodkar, leaned Advocate once again reiterated that he is willing to deposit the purchase price with the Mamalatdar and he could be issued appropriate directions to accept the same.

3. It is apparent from the records that the respondent No.3 cannot refuse to accept the purchase money on the specious ground recorded in the order dated 15/01/2019. In view thereof,

WP/91/2019 the Order dated 15/01/2019 and letter No.

MAM/BIC-JtMAM-III/Mund/Pur/2019/137 dated 15/01/2019 are quashed. Directions are issued to the respondent No.3 to accept the purchase price which the petitioner shall deposit within a week from today. The Mamlatdar thereafter to process the file to the office of the Deputy Collector i.e. the respondent No.2 for further appropriate course of action.

4. Nothing survives in the petition which accordingly stands disposed off.
