This Application is filed, seeking permission to switch over to e-auction from the exiting manual auction conducted by the Official Liquidator for sale of the assets of the Companies in liquidation. The applicant is also seeking leave to adopt services of the empanelled agency i.e. M/s RailTel Corporation of India Ltd., as a service provider for conducting such eauction. 21 April 2022

This Application is based on Circular dated 30.11.2021, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, which requires adoption of e-auction in the place of manual auction, conducted earlier through the empanelled agency i.e. M/s RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. 4.

In such circumstances, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
