Mr. Naik, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the matter is settled and the loan amount is paid and even the loan account is closed. He submits that the Petitioner wishes to withdraw the present Petition.

2. Mr. Panandiker submits that Respondent No. 1-Bank has also decided to withdraw the execution proceedings which are pending before the learned Trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Proceedings closed.
