The learned Counsel for the parties submit that on account of successful mediation, the parties have reached amicable settlement and the consent terms are filed in Regular Civil Suit Nos. 120/2014 and 122/2014, pending before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division at Panaji. 2.

In such circumstances, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision applications. The civil revision applications are disposed of as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. The learned Trial Court shall pass the decree, on the basis of the consent terms, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the civil applications, which are disposed of as infructuous. 4.
