2. The above petition takes exception to the transfer order issued by the respondent to the petitioner in the year 2012.

3. It is pointed out that the petitioner has been moving different authorities to challenge the said transfer order and ultimately the petitioner even reported for duties in Bombay. It is undisputed that the petitioner is due for retirement in this month and as such the challenge to the transfer order becomes academic for consideration at this stage. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the petitioner has not been paid any salary or any other benefits as they has been withheld.

4. Be that as it may, as far as this aspect is concerned the petitioner has not prayed nor grievance raised in the present petition.

Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to file a representation with regard to the grievances in connection with the non payment of the salary and other benefits and in case such a representation is made, the respondent shall examine the representation on its own merits, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any even within four weeks from the date of the receipt of such representation.
