Heard Shri Shivan Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioners and Shri J.J. Mulgaonkar, the learned Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2.

2. It is common submission of the parties that the dispute is settled. Shri Mulgaonkar, the learned Counsel for respondents no.1 & 2, on instructions, submits that the Sale Deed is also executed by the petitioners in favour of respondents no.1 & 2. In that view of the matter, nothing survives.

3. In such circumstances, Shri Desai, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the

WP/136/2015 petition. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.
