Mr. Noronha, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the petitioner undertakes to avail of a statutory remedy of filing a revision before the Appellate Board. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed off as withdrawn. If the petitioner avails of the remedy of revision, the appellate board shall have due regard to the provisions of sections 5 and 14 of the Limitation Act, as may be applicable, considering the pendency of this petition, which was filed on 21/1/2019.
