After this matter was argued for sometime, we felt that it is better if the issues raised therein are sorted out by the petitioner and the respondents in an amicable manner. This is more so because the petitioner was already given pension in the past. 2.

Mr. Talaulikar, learned Advocate, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to make a detailed representation to the respondent No.2. Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate states that the representation will be disposed of in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any

Accordingly leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for. The respondent No.2 is also directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from the date of its receipt in accordance with law and on its own merits. 4.

Further it is clarified that in case the petitioner's grievance survives, the petitioner will have liberty to institute a fresh petition on that basis. Further we hope that there is no occasion for the same.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
