Mr De Sa, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will file an application before the Tribunal inviting the Tribunal's attention to Sections 18(5) and 18(6) of the Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 and request the Tribunal to take up the election petition on day-to-day basis so that it is disposed of expeditiously.

2. Accordingly, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to do the same and this petition is disposed of.
