Heard Mr A. Naik for the petitioner and Mr Agni for the respondent.

2. The challenge in this petition was for the tender process for the award of license for Baggage, Trolley advertisement, etc. for the year 2021. The contract period has already concluded. The respondent has filed an affidavit that for the subsequent period fresh tenders were invited and even fresh awards have been made. Mr Agni pointed out that the petitioner did not even participate in the fresh tender process. Accordingly, we think that reliefs in this petition are rendered 17th October, 2023

WP 73 of 2021 infructuous. Mr Naik, however, states that the petitioner wishes to challenge the fresh tender process and the awards made therein.

3. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. However, we clarify that we have not examined rival contentions in this petition on merits and, therefore, all contentions of all parties are left open.
