Heard Mr P. Arolkar, who appears for the petitioner under the Legal Aid Scheme and Mr Abhijeet Gosavi for the respondent.

Mr Gosavi, on instructions from the respondent states that the entire amount of `1,95,000/- has now been paid/deposited in the bank account of the petitioner. Mr Arolkar states that he has no confirmation about the latest deposit.

However, now that the solemn statement has been made before the Court, there is no reason not to accept the same. 4.

Te respondent, has tendered an unconditional apology. Tere are settlement talks going on between the parties. 5.

Accordingly, there is no point in continuing with this contempt petition. Te contempt petition is disposed of by discharging the notice issued to the respondent. 6.
