Heard Mr. Noorani appearing for the Petitioner.

2. Mr. Noorani, on instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order dated 18.01.2024 before the revisional Court under the Goa Municipalities Act. However, he prays that Respondent No. 1 be directed not to take any coercive action for a period of one week from today so that the Petitioner will be able to approach the revisional Authority.

3. The request is accepted. The Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the revisional Court. Respondent No. 1 is requested not to take any coercive action for a 1st February, 2024

WP 133 of 2024 period of one week from today. If, Revision is filed within a week, the revisional Authority shall decide it on its own merits. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the present Petition. All contentions of all parties are left open.
