Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Mr. Superkar, learned counsel for the Applicants states that the time limit for deposit of the decretal amount expired on 23rd January, 2019. He states that despite efforts the Applicants have not been able to arrange to deposit the amount. He states that if leave is granted by 31st January, 2019, the Applicants will positively deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.50,00,000/- from out of the decretal amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/-. He points out that even the copies of the demand draft are attached to this application. His statement is accepted. The Applicants to deposit Rs.50,00,000/- by 31st January, 2019.

3. The time limit for deposit of the balance decretal amount is now extended upto 21st February, 2019. It is made clear that if there is default in depositing the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- by 31st January, 2019 or balance amount by 21st February, 2019, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.

4. Interim order now stands extended upto 21st February, 2019 subject to the aforesaid terms.

5. In addition, the Applicants are directed to prepare a private paper book and file the same in this Court within four weeks from today. Once the private paper book is prepared, liberty to the parties to apply for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

6. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

7. All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
