In the interest of justice and considering the fact that S.L.P is already filed, challenging the order passed by this Court, which is lodged with the Registry of the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Diary No. 1232 of 2021, the application is allowed.

In view of the above, the applicant is granted time of another two weeks i.e. till 10.02.2021 to surrender. 4.
