Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The Second Appeal is already admitted. Ad interim relief is operating from 08/03/2018 to the effect that the respondents are restrained from creating any third party interest in the suit property.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties and for reasons stated in the application and further having regard to the

CA/38/2018 fact that the Second Appeal is already admitted, the Civil Application is allowed. Ad interim order dated 08/03/2018 shall continue to operate as interim order during the pendency of the Second Appeal. Liberty to the respondents to apply for modification, if necessary.

4. The Civil Application is disposed of.
