2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the respondents at the time of filing of the First Appeal No. 179/2006. The said First Appeal is dismissed on 1.8.2014.

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection.

4. Hence, applicant is allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation as per the award.

5. Application stands disposed of.
