The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is personally present in the Court, informs that the custody of the accused in the present Crime is not required. In the order dated 16.03.202i, it is noted that the parties have agreed for compounding. The parties are present in the Court and are identified by the learned Counsel for the applicants, who have agreed to the content of terms of compounding placed on record.

In the aforesaid background, particularly having regard to the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, no further orders are warranted as the applicants are not to be arrested in the crime in question. As such, all the three applications which are arising out of the same crime are disposed off. 3.
