Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and respondent nos.1 to 8.

2. The petition is disposed of by consent of the parties as under : (i) The petitioners shall obtain appropriate Rectification Deed in respect of three Sale Deeds, setting out the correct boundaries of entire property purchased by them and separately delineating the mundkarial area of the respondent nos.1 to 8 in terms of the plan annexed to the Purchase Certificate and the demarcation carried out at the location.

WP/117/2015 (ii) Liberty to the petitioners to move for modification of the order of injunction on the basis of such Rectification Deed, is granted. (iii) If such an application is filed along with the Rectification Deed, if any, the Trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.

(iv) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, with no order as to costs.
