After the arguments were completed and we were proceeding to dictate the judgment in the open Court, Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that any observation by this Court on merits of the contention advanced by the Petitioner regarding the case against the Petitioner might affect the
