2. Taking into consideration that the petition relates to the release of retiral dues, we place the Writ Petition No.723 of 2014 for final disposal in the week commencing from 15th June, 2020.

3. In case any of the Respondents wish to file reply in the main petition, they are granted further four weeks time to do so. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within two weeks thereafter.

4. However, we make it clear that once the matter is appeared on the final hearing board, no further time will be granted to the Respondents to file affidavit and the petition will proceed on the basis that the Respondents do not wish to deny any of the averments in the petition.

5. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
