First Appeal No.134/2017 was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 06.12.2017. This Civil Application was filed on 23.01.2018 seeking restoration. Considering the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is allowed, even though the learned Counsel for the appellant/applicant is not present even today. In particular, this Court takes cognizance of the reasons set out in paragraphs 3,4 & 5.
