Heard Mr S.D. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate, who appears along with Ms S. Kenny for the Petitioners and Mr A. Agni, who appears along with Mr K. Kavlekar for Respondents No.1(a) to 1(e).

Te challenge in this Petition is to the orders of the Trial Court and the Appeal Court declining the Petitioners the relief of temporary injunction pending the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 11/2018/F.

Mr Lotlikar submits that regarding the constructions already carried out by the Respondents, the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) issued a demolition order dated 24/12/2018. Mr Lotlikar submits that this demolition order has already attained finality.

Mr Agni, learned Counsel for the Respondents accepts that demolition order dated 24/12/2018 was issued by the GCZMA, but submits that the same has not attained finality because, the Respondents have applied for regularisation.

Be that as it may, Mr Agni, on instructions, states that from the date of receipt of the demolition order dated 24/12/2018, the Respondents have not taken any further constructions. Mr Agni, on instructions, also states that no further constructions will be undertaken until the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 11/2018/F. 6.

By accepting the above statement, this Petition is disposed of. Tere shall be no order for costs.
