Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, Shri Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent nos. 2 to 8, Shri Godinho, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 10 and Shri S. N. Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no 11.

2. This is an application filed by the Applicant, inter alia, to direct the concerned authorities to decide the application dated 02.05.2014 which is pending before Goa State Telecom Committee.

3. Shri Salkar, learned Government Advocate, has pointed out that such applicattion shall be disposed of within eight weeks from today.

4. Shri Joshi, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 11, pointed out that the Respondent no. 11 should be given an opportunity to be heard on such application.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above application stands disposed of. The application dated 02.05.2014 shall be disposed of by the concerned authority as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within eight days from today after giving an appropriate hearing to all the concerned parties.
