This is an application for appointment of the respondent no.1 as Guardian ad litem of the second respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the parties submitted that since after filing of the application the second respondent has attained the age of 18 years. Both the respondents are now represented by an Advocate.

3. In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as infructuous.

4. First Appeal be added to the final hearing board if it is otherwise ready as per its turn.
