Heard Mr. R. Gawas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. P. Bhandari, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
2. Upon hearing the learned counsel, the only grievance raised by the petitioner at this stage is that the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, filed by the petitioner before the Collector, South Goa, Margao, has not been disposed of for last over one year.
3. The learned Addl. Government Advocate upon instructions states that the application dated 18.08.2014 filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within three months from today. Accepting the
WP/137/2016 said statement, nothing survives in the above petition which stands accordingly disposed of. All contentions of the parties are left open. K. L. WADANE, J.
