Heard Mr. Bhandanker, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pangam, the learned Advocate General for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3.

2. For the order which we propose to make, it is really not necessary to issue notice to respondent no.4.

3. The petitioner, it appears, has lodged a complaint against the respondent no.4 which is pending adjudication before respondent no.2 in the matter of allotment of a shack to respondent no.4.

4. Mr. Bhandanker, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, has pointed out that if this complaint is not adjudicated expeditiously, the tourist season will pass and the respondent no.4, on the basis of his illegal allotment, will reap an advantage which is really not due to him. He pointed out that there was delay in the issuance of show cause notice and there is no delay in disposal of the show cause notice.

5. The learned Advocate General, makes a statement that the Director of Tourism will dispose off the show cause notice dated 20.01.2020 as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of one month from today.

6. According to us, the aforesaid statement of the learned Advocate General redresses substantially the grievance of the petitioner. At the same time, since, the respondent no.2 is required to comply with principles of natural justice, no prejudice as such will occasion the respondent no.4 as well.

7. Therefore, by accepting the aforesaid statement made by the learned Advocate General and directing the Director of Tourism to act in accordance with the same, we dispose off this petition.
