Shri Nadkarni, learned counsel appeared for the petitioner and Shri Kamat, learned counsel appeared for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel state that Consent Terms had been filed in Special Civil Suit No. 23/2020/I in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Margao on 19.06.2023 and the suit has been disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms.

3. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of in view of the consent terms filed by the parties.

4. An amount of Rs.50,00,000/- which has been deposited by the 21st June, 2023

WP 225 of 2023 petitioner in this Court in compliance of the order dated 22.02.2023, be returned back to the petitioner along with accrued interest, if any.

5. Registry of this Court to pay the amount of Rs.50,00,000/- to the petitioner along with accrued interest, if any, expeditiously and preferably within a period of 15 days from today, directly in the Bank Account of the petitioner, details of which are as follows : Name : Airplaza Retail Holdings Pvt.
