For the reasons set out in the Civil Application and further also because there is no objection on behalf of the original Petitioner, we extend the time limit to comply with the directions st March 2022

22.MCA-42-22.DOC in our order dated 8/7/2021, by a further period of 4 months from today.

However, we make it clear that no sooner this period of 4 months expires, the Administrator will have to file a compliance report irrespective of whether or not our directions are complied with. Further, a very good explanation will be necessary in case there is failure to comply even within this extended period. 3.

Mr.Melo, the learned Counsel for the original Petitioner points out that even the other Respondents in Writ Petition No.78 of 2021 had been directed to file compliance reports. The learned Advocate General states that he will look into the matter and if such reports have not been filed, the same will be filed within 2 weeks from today.

Subject to the aforesaid, extension of 4 months, as prayed for is hereby granted and this Misc. Civil Application is disposed of.
