A document duly signed by the parties and their respective advocates is placed on record under the caption 'Consent Terms'. It is stated in the 'Consent Terms' that the appellants and respondents have mutually resolved all their 16th September 2022

19-SA-64-2018.DOC disputes and differences vide Settlement Agreement dated 28.05.2022. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement is annexed to the document 'Consent Terms'. The said document 'Consent Terms' is marked as X1 for identification. The parties are personally present before this Court and on a query put by this Court the parties unanimously submit before this Court that all the disputes and differences between the parties are now resolved and the document 'Settlement Agreement' is also duly signed by the parties and their respective Counsel. 2.

In view of the above referred facts, nothing survives in the Second Appeal.
