This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited before this Court in First Appeal No.130/2010. The First Appeal is already disposed off on 04.08.2017.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Insurance Company has not approached the Supreme Court against the said Judgment. He submits that an execution application for recovery of the amount is pending before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal being Claim Petition No.81/2003.

3. In that view of the matter, the present Civil Application is

MCA/422/2019 disposed off.

4. The office is directed to make over the amount lying before this Court along with interest, if any, to the Court of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Panaji, in Execution Case No.8 of 2008.
