REGISTRAR'S ORDER Notice was sent to Respondent no.7. By letter dated 10.04.2018, The Ld. Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kamaam, Telangana, informs that the notice of Respondent no.7 is served through Process server and it is forwarded by this office alongwith the report of process server on 18.03.2017. However, on inquiry with this office it discloses that no such report is received and the same was brought to the notice of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Telangana State by letter dated 05.06.2018 but no reply is received. From the letter dated 10.04.2018, the Ld. PDJ informs that the notice is served upon Respondent no.7 but as an abundant precaution, issue notice to respondent no.7 by way of Substituted service by publishing it in the local newspaper.
