Heard Mr. S. G. Desai, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant and Mr.P. Faldessai, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate for the respondent no.3.

2. After this matter was argued for some time, Mr. Phaldessai, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for respondent no.3 upon instructions from Maria Monserrate, Deputy Superintendent of Police from the office of Foreigners Regional Registration Office makes a statement that the applicant will be issued necessary permission to leave India on or before the respective date on which her visa term expires. Said

MCA/79/2019 permissions shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties in the pending petition.

3. Based on the aforesaid statement, which is accepted as a statement to this Court, this MCA is disposed of.

4. All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
