Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the original petitioner Ms. Akshada Bandekar makes a statement that the petitioner will have no objection to the deletion of the name of the applicant Jenil Fijardo, who is original respondent no.5 in Writ Petition No.989 of 2019. Accordingly, the name of Jenil Fijardo is ordered to be deleted from the array of respondents in Writ Petition No.989 of 2019.
