The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will submit a fresh medical certificate of the petitioner's mother Arogyamma Y. Kudarkot before the respondents and the respondents may be directed to reconsider the petitioner's case for release on parole afresh, keeping in view the earlier police report.

2. In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh medical certificate before the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall reconsider the petitioner's claim keeping in
