Mr. J. Godinho, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner on the basis of the instructions from the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file review petition. He states that orders dated 7.12.2018 and 14.1.2019 which are impugned in this petition, are, to a certain extent consequential to the order made by the Division Bench of this Court on 30.7.2018 in Writ Petition No.830/2017. He states that if ultimately, if review petitions are allowed, then, these orders may not survive.
