2. Mr. D.J. Pangam, learned Advocate General makes a statement that the Additional Director before whom the Panchayat Appeal No.56 of 2019 is pending will dispose of the main appeal including the Misc. Applications therein within three months from today.

3. According to us, the aforesaid statement, which we accept,

WP/141/2020 redresses the grievance of the petitioners in this petition.

4. Therefore by accepting the aforesaid statement and directing the Additional Director to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
